An air ambulance was called to treat a man who had collapsed in Stortford today.An East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) spokesman said they were called at 3.58pm to reports of a man, who is in his 70s, who had collapsed in Rye Street.Two rapid response cars, an ambulance and an air ambulance are in attendance and are continuing to treat the man at the scene.The Herts Air Ambulance helicopter was seen over the town and preparing to land at around 4.45pm.
