Police on patrol in Harlow on Monday (June 8) followed their noses to sniff out a cannabis factory.About 60 mature cannabis plants were found on land in the Fern Hill area at about 3.50pm. Their street value was thousands of pounds.Insp Paul Maleary, the neighbourhood policing inspector for Harlow, said: "I and the local neighbourhood policing team were undertaking our regular patrols in the area when we noticed the smell of cannabis.
