The owners of a pet dog who went missing in Elsenham this afternoon (Wednesday) are appealing to members of the public to help find her.Mae the three-year-old cockapoo - a cross between a cocker spaniel and a poodle, in most cases a miniature or toy poodle - escaped from a garden in the village at about 2pm.Owner Claire Causton, who has had her from a 10-week-old puppy, said that she was spotted near Elsenham golf course at about 3pm.Mae is blonde and very shaggy looking.
