AN 83-year-old man was left with serious internal injuries after the car he was driving collided with a set of brick steps in Birchanger.The incident happened yesterday (Monday) at around 4.20pm in Birchanger Lane. The man, from Aldridge in the West Midlands, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.No other vehicle was involved in the collision but police are keen to speak to anyone who saw the blue Skoda Fabia in the moments prior to the crash.The road was closed for a number of hours...
