A man will appear in court today charged with making threats to kill and assault by beating.It follows an incident in Medlars Mead, Hatfield Broad Oak, which was reported to police just after 3.10am yesterday (Sunday,October 25).The woman victim received bruising.Benjamin Pugh, 37, of Medlars Mead will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court.
