Families from Sawbridgeworth welcomed visitors from Bry-sur-Marne in France to celebrate 42 years of the towns being twinned.Some 50 messieurs and mesdames from the eastern suburbs of Paris arrived by coach and were greeted with drinks at the town council offices in Bell Street.Host families took their guests on day trips with Sawbridgeworth's county councillor, Roger Beeching, taking his guest to Cambridge.
