Two canoes which had been especially adapted for disabled and special needs users have been stolen from an activities centre in Harlow.The theft happened at the county council-run Essex Outdoors Harlow centre in Burnt Mill at about 11.15pm on Wednesday (Oct 14).The canoes are Canadian-style Grumman aluminium craft.
