Plans to upgrade technology at junctions on the M11 from Bishop's Stortford and Stansted Airport to Cambridge are being unveiled today (Tuesday) by Highways England.The proposals from Highways England, which looks after the country's motorways and major A roads, are designed to "improve safety, relieve congestion and support plans for additional housing".
