A man wanted for questioning in connection with the attempted theft of a German shepherd dog in Dunmow almost four months ago, in which the owner was slashed with a knife, has been arrested.Essex Police said this morning (Monday) that Mohammad Fadad, 22, had been detained on Saturday (September 26) on suspicion of robbery in connection with the incident.
