If you're more than 50 years old and want to get fit, East Herts District Council is offering a free 'Come and Try' event. It marks the launch of a three-year sports and leisure programme for the over-50s called Forever Active in East Herts, a partnership of community organisations joining together to run classes and events across the district.The council has received £185,921 from Sport England towards the £383,177 project.
