Get ready to say "bonjour" to Bishop's Stortford's newest restaurant – Côte has confirmed an opening date for its North Street brasserie.The chain, which specialises in French cuisine, has invested more than £1m to refurbish its share of the grade II listed buildings formerly occupied by Pearsons department store.
