A jogger from Little Hallingbury was taken to hospital with arm and leg injuries after being involved in a collision in the village with a car whose driver failed to stop.Essex Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened in New Barn Lane at 10am on Monday (Sept 21).The jogger, aged 24, was taken to hospital with minor injuries and released later that day.
