Herts and Essex are braced for torrential downpours and possible flash flooding later today (Wednesday) - and now the Essex Weather Centre has added that a tornado may also hit the region.
It would not be the first time such a phenomenon has been seen over the UK this week, with Northampton having been hit by a tornado on Monday (September 14).
