Missed appointments cost the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) NHS Trust almost a quarter of a million pounds in June, latest figures show.On average, for every missed first outpatient appointment at the Harlow hospital the trust loses at least £149 and for every follow-up appointment the loss is at least £74.
