A man is to appear in court this morning (Monday) in connection with an incident last week in which police shot a man reported to be carrying two firearms in the street.Stephen Debley, 48, of Knights Way, Dunmow, has been charged with two counts of possession of an imitation firearm with intent as well as affray and making threats to kill.He has been remanded in custody to appear before Colchester Magistrates' Court this morning.Essex Police officers were called to an incident near the junction...
