Venison produced at Hatfield Forest has clinched one of the food and farming industry's highest honours, a National Trust Fine Farm Produce Award.The fallow deer meat, entered by countryside manager for Essex and South Suffolk Henry Bexley, was one of 62 products recognised at a ceremony in London.
