Motorists are facing delays on the M11 southbound near Bishop's Stortford this afternoon (Saturday August 15).There are delays of up to 30 minutes southbound between junction 8 at Bishop's Stortford and junction 7 at Harlow.This is caused by congestion due to an earlier accident which closed two lanes of the M11 between Harlow and junction 6 the M25."Normal traffic conditions are expected from 3.30pm," said Highways England.
