It has been a busy week for the members of Bishop's Stortford Running Club.Emma Deary competed in the Worthing Standard Distance Triathlon, which was a qualifier to represent Great Britain at next year's European Championships in Lisbon.This involved a 1500m swim in the sea, a 40km out and back undulating windy bike route and finishing with a 10km run in torrential rain.Deary was the first lady overall home with a time of 2hr 16min 44sec.
