A Takeley landowner is £1,000 out of pocket for failing to provide information about illegal parking for Stansted Airport passengers.Kenneth William Jones did not complete a Planning Contravention Notice issued by Uttlesford District Council.The authority was investigating inappropriate use of land at Willow Cottages, Mill End.
