Motorists are advised to avoid the Londonbound M11 this morning (Monday), with delays on the motorway of up to an hour-and-a-half.Roadworks on the A12 Redbridge roundabout are impacting on traffic between junctions 7 (Harlow/A414) and 4 (A406).Normal traffic conditions are not expected to resume until 1pm at the earliest.
