East Herts District Council (EHDC) is set to remove the pay-by-phone option at a Bishop's Stortford car park in a move to create more spaces for shoppers.The action comes following a campaign by Hockerill retailers, who claimed commuters filled Crown Terrace car park by 9am and left no spaces for their customers.Without the RingGo pay-by-phone option, motorists will only be able to park from 8.30am as that is the earliest time people are able to pay in person for their stay.Sunbelievable tanning...
