Students are celebrating after receiving their results in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma programme.At Hockerill Anglo-European College in Bishop's Stortford results were "outstanding" while Felsted School reported "record breaking" success.The 130 Hockerill students achieved an overall points average of 35.6 out of 45 points.
