A serial cigarette smuggler at Stansted Airport has been jailed for eight months.Unemployed Ziya Sutluceli, 53, of Great Guildford Street, Southwark, London, was sentenced on June 9 at Chelmsford Magistrates Court after admitting four smuggling offences.He appealed against the sentence but his argument was dismissed at the same court on Friday (June 19) and he was ordered to serve his time in prison and pay £280 costs.
