Isabel Hospice is warning the public about a charity collection scam which has reached the Hadhams after incidents across the East Herts district.Teams of men and women are reportedly knocking on doors with buckets of flowers for sale, claiming that the money will go to the end-of-life care charity.Over the weekend, vigilant members of public notified the hospice of incidents in Ware and Hertford Heath.
