An efit image of a man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman as she ran beside the River Lee in west Essex has been issued by Essex Police.The incident happened at about 6.30pm on Monday, April 20 on the towpath between Dobbs Weir Lock and Carthagena Lock, near Nazeing.
