About 800 jobs are to be cut by supermarket chain Sainsbury's as part of a reorganisation of its stores.According to the BBC, the changes will see the loss of department and deputy manager positions.The company said it would also replace night shifts with early-morning and evening shifts in some stores in an effort to improve customer service.Sainsbury's has two stores in Bishop's Stortford: in Jackson Square in the town centre and at the Thorley Neighbourhood Centre on Thorley Park.The cuts are...
